BEEP?
At 9 am today, the city of Makati will be executing a synchronized evacuation drill called B.E.E.P. which stands for Building Emergency Evacuation Plan. Participating building’s include Hotel Intercon, Oakwood Hotel, SM Makati, EDSA Carpark, Ayala MRT Station and Glorietta 4. I don’t know exactly how it’s going to happen, but I suppose people will begin hearing a loud "beeping" noise at 9 am and will then be expected to vacate the premises in an orderly fashion. ORDERLY. O-R-D-E-R-L-Y. I normally wouldn’t be concerned, but then I remembered that this is the PHILIPPINES. P-H-I-L-I-P-P-I-N-E-S. I wouldn’t be surprised if masses of jologs start dancing once this "beep" commences. Ay, ewan. Goodluck nalang.
